Ingredients

  2. 1/4 c plain Greek lowfat yogurt
  3. 1 tsp chia seeds
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1/4 c blueberries
  6. 1/4 c almond milk
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a lid and shake it. Put in fridge overnight. Eat it cold or warmed up in the morning.
