Ingredients
  1. 2 cups pitted dates
  2. 1 ½ cup carrots
  3. 1 tsp sea salt
  4. 1 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut+extra for topping (i Cup approximate)
  5. 1 tsp cinnamon
  6. ½ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixed together.
  2. 2. Remove mixture and form into bite-size balls; the size is up to you. Mine were approximately the size of golf balls, but feel free to make yours larger if you wish.
  3. 3. Store in refrigerator and try not to eat all in one sitting ☺
  4. Enjoy!
